This website, enjoydurango.com, is operated by Melissa Mayer, an associate broker with Legacy Properties West Sotheby’s International Realty. It is a simple, informational site. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you visit it.

What this site collects

Nothing directly from you. The site has no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms, no cookies, and no analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself rather than from third-party services.

Like nearly every website, the hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records basic technical details when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is handled under the host’s own privacy policy.

When you contact Melissa

If you call, text, or email, Melissa receives whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and what you’re looking for. It is used to reply to you and to help with your real estate needs. Emails and messages are also handled by the email or phone providers you and Melissa each use.

If you become a client, additional information is collected in the course of a real estate transaction under your agreement with Melissa and her brokerage, Legacy Properties West Sotheby’s International Realty, and is subject to the brokerage’s own policies and applicable law.

This site links to other websites, including Sotheby’s International Realty (where current listings are searched), Facebook, Instagram, and a directory of local Durango businesses and organizations.
